Carlson Family Creed:
A family serving others, worshiping together and being a loving example of God through our faith in Jesus Christ!
We hope you will enjoy the ride of hearing precious stories through pictures of our sweet Kennedy and our family.
Saturday the family headed up to Marcum'sNursery with the Hobson's. We spotted a bunny and it was a hunt from then on! Kennedy was climbing though all the bushes and trees to find the cute little (Wittle) bunny.
Since January we have been praying for The Talley family as they prepared to have baby #3. Today Baby Boy Luke was born at 12:20pm weighing 6lbs 5 ounces and 18 inches. I captured this sweet picture of Ella and Jackson waiting to meet their baby brother.
The other day I took Kennedy to get her toe nails painted. It was really fun and she thought she was pretty special. She sat very still and was excited to show off her pink toe nails to daddy when she got home.
She was on my lap, so I could only get a picture of her over her shoulder!
Saturday Kennedy and I played outside. The Weather has been gorgeous. I had to capture this funny picture of Kennedy talking on her phone. She was calling Daddy to tell him she was "going to the store and she would be right back." She is playing pretend so much lately. Her newest thing is that we are a family of Hippos. It is very interesting, but a lot of fun!!!
On Sunday night we took Kennedy and Blakely to Disney on Ice! The boys stayed out at the State Fair, while the girls experienced their first Disney on Ice show. It was awesome. I took lots of pictures that I will try to upload later! Kennedy did however fall asleep at the end of Lion King and through intermission. But I woke her up to see Tinker Bell!
After the show the family shared a Roasted Corn. Kennedy loved it! We thought we were going to have to buy another one, because she loved it so much.
Kennedy loves wearing mom and dad's shoes all over the house! This morning she put on my rain boots! I think it is time for mommy to get her a pair! Is she a cutie or what!!!!
Today was Kennedy's first time to Tailgate! We had fun! We lasted until the rain started coming down, then we headed back to the house for a nap! Kyle Clark came in town for the game. Lizzy is in Romania serving on a mission trip, we will get to see her next week. Here are a couple pictures of Kennedy enjoying the tailgate!
Kennedy is wearing her new game day outfit! She also got a cheerleader bear that plays Boomer Sooner!
This Labor Day morning, Kennedy spent the early part of the day helping Papa around his house with some updates. Here is a picture of the two of them working.
Well, I am excited to announce that Chris got a 4 Wheeler. I know this sounds crazy to be excited about, but this is much better than the other things he wanted, for example, it is better than a motorcycle or a dirt bike! So I say, Praise the Lord!
He and Kennedy are so excited, they ride it down to the park in our neighborhood and up and down the street.
Yes, they go very slow, and we are now in the market for a helmet for Kennedy!
Kennedy loves her SuSu! She is of Kennedy's favorite people in the world. Everytime we go to SuSu, she wants SuSu to read Where's Waldo with her. I captured this picture of them last night reading together. I love having grandparents that are so involved in Kennedy's life. It is such a blessing to have them investing in her on a weekly basis!
Grandma, Pee Paw, SuSu and Papa, Thank you for all you do! We love you!
